Matthew Mallick

Matthew is a vocal musician and educator that strives to connect every person to a community through music. Receiving his Bachelor of Music from Rutgers University, Matthew sang with the Rutgers University Glee Club and Kirkpatrick Choir, in which he toured and performed at several prestigious locations and venues including the Vatican, Carnegie Hall, and the Prudential Center. Matthew currently teaches elementary general music at Springfield public schools, and is also the Choir Director and Cantor for St. John the Baptist's Russian Orthodox Church in Rahway, NJ. In addition, Matthew is a traveling musician, singing at Churches and other Venues from Philadelphia to New York City. Matthew enjoyed singing with Rise Up this past year, and is excited for the 2026-2027 season!
