Sherri Rase

Edison resident Sherri Rase has recently been named President of the Board of Directors of Rise Up Community Arts, based in Metuchen. A veteran of many non-profit boards from community-based organizations through international human rights groups, she brings more than 30 years experience to Rise Up. She has been singing with the group for three seasons and is excited to give back to an organization that has meant so much to her. An experienced public speaker and community organizer, Sherri looks forward to becoming closer to the communities served by Rise Up Community Arts.
